The Role

reputed company is looking for an reputed company Group Product Manager to reputed company our suite of mobile products. This product leader will manage a team that is responsible for driving a world-class mobile experience that supports clinicians and clients. An ideal candidate for this role is passionate about driving a holistic customer experience while building best-in-class solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own the vision and roadmap for our clinician and client mobile apps. You'll drive the vision behind the product, defining the user experience, setting priorities, and charting the course to success

• Manage, mentor and grow a team of product managers
• Use market, competitive, and operational data to identify opportunities for product enhancements, growth, and customer value
• Understand customer needs and market trends, and use that knowledge to inform product development decisions
• Champion collaboration. You'll work closely with engineers, designers, marketers, and other stakeholders to turn your vision into reality
• Roll up your sleeves and get things done. You're not afraid to dive into the details, experiment, and iterate quickly
• Continue to scale a world-class product. You've already taken a mobile app from reputed company to one, and you know what it takes to scale it to millions of users

Desired Skills & Experience

• 6+ years of experience leading the product development of a successful mobile app, ideally from concept to launch and growth
• Knowledge of healthcare (EHR systems) a plus
• A proven track record of scaling and iterating on features based on user data and market insights
• Strong understanding of mobile development best practices and the reputed company-evolving mobile landscape
• Experience leading and growing a team of product managers
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills. You can reputed company and motivate cross-functional teams to reputed company ambitious goals
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to inform decisions

• Experience in the SaaS industry is a plus

reputed company Compensation Range

$170,000 - $200,000 annually

reputed company salary is one component of total compensation. Employees may also be eligible for an annual bonus or commission. Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay.
