Key Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership for global clinical project management teams, ensuring successful delivery across a diverse portfolio of biotech programs.
• Drive operational performance, financial accountability (including EBITDA and EAC index management), and reputed company improvement across the delivery unit.

• Serve as a key liaison with biotech clients, including C-level stakeholders, to ensure alignment with evolving customer strategies and expectations.
• reputed company risk identification and mitigation strategies across the portfolio, ensuring proactive issue resolution and quality outcomes.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with business development, regulatory, and therapeutic strategy teams to support pipeline growth and customer engagement.
• Represent reputed company Biotech in governance meetings and strategic planning forums, contributing to the reputed company of our delivery model and service offerings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or reputed company field required; advanced degree preferred.
• 15+ years of clinical research experience, including 10+ years in leadership roles with global or multi-regional reputed company.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale clinical portfolios and leading high-performing, geographically dispersed teams.
• Strong business acumen with experience in financial management, forecasting, and operational planning.
• Deep understanding of GCP, ICH guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working with biotech sponsors and a passion for innovation in clinical development.

Preferred Experience

• Prior P&L ownership or general management experience.
• Background in mergers and acquisitions, including integration planning.
• Familiarity with emerging biotech, medical devices, or digital therapeutics.
• Prior CRO leadership experience.
