Job Description: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented reputed company Manager to join reputed company at our Boba Franchise. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in reputed company and office management, and be reputed company to handle the day-to-day financial operations of the franchise with a high level of accuracy and efficiency. This position can be partially done virtually or remotely from home. Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day financial operations of the franchise, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll
• Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports, including profit and loss statements and balance sheets

Minimum Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in reputed company and financial management, preferably in the food or beverage industry
• Bachelor's degree in reputed company or a reputed company field
• Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, analytical & problem-solving skills, communication skills, project management.
• Experience and proficiency in reputed company, Word, PowerPoint, and reputed company software, such as QuickBooks
• Relevant experience in HR and/or payroll systems
• Relevant experience in project management, business process change initiatives and/or systems implementations
• Familiarity with and understanding of the labor environment reputed company the restaurant and/or retail industry

Preferred Qualifications

• 4+ years of corporate finance and accurate bookkeeping experience
