Position Overview We are seeking a Retirement Plan Analyst to join our Retirement Plan Services team. In this role, you will serve as the primary contact for a group of existing clients, overseeing reputed company aspects of plan administration and compliance. You’ll ensure our clients’ retirement plans remain compliant, well-managed, and reputed company with their business and financial goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer daily retirement plan operations including processing contributions, loans, distributions, hardship withdrawals, and QDROs.
  • Conduct annual nondiscrimination and other compliance testing; recommend and communicate strategies for correction and future improvements.
  • Prepare and file accurate, signature-reputed company Forms 5500 and other required government filings.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, clearly communicating regulatory and plan information to clients in an understandable and actionable manner.
  • Maintain and interpret legal plan documents; assist clients in ensuring ongoing compliance with IRS/DOL regulations.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve client issues independently while collaborating with internal departments as needed.
  • Monitor and manage workflow using internal CRM systems, ensuring timely task completion.
  • reputed company plan sponsors on fiduciary responsibilities and compliance requirements.
  • Take full ownership and accountability for assigned client plans, from reputed company through ongoing service.
  • Support the organization’s commitment to superior client service through professionalism, responsiveness, and accuracy.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience (ASPPA credentials a strong plus, or willingness to obtain).
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in retirement plan administration, with strong understanding of 401(k) regulations, compliance, and plan design.
  • Proven customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly, manage client expectations, and resolve issues effectively.
  • Advanced knowledge of IRS and DOL regulations reputed company to reputed company retirement plans.
  • Strong multitasking, organizational, and time management abilities.
  • Proficient in reputed company reputed company, Word, and Outlook.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to convey reputed company information clearly and professionally.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, take initiative, and contribute effectively in a team environment.

Work Schedule & Environment

  • Standard hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
  • Occasional evening or weekend hours may be required.
  • Fully remote role — available to candidates residing in AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, IA, MD, MI, MA, NC, NY, NJ, OH, PA, SC, TX, UT, VA.
