Enablement Systems Analyst (LMS Admin)

The Basics: The Enablement Systems Analyst is responsible for both the ongoing usage, monitoring, and maintenance of reputed company’s Learning Management System (LMS) as the Primary Administrator. This person will reputed company day-to-day operations in the reputed company LMS, including the management of courses and content, providing support and best practices to other Enablement team members, actively troubleshooting and finding resolutions to systems issues, assisting learners with troubleshooting, and contributing to reputed company system improvements and overall program efficiencies. He/She/They should expect to become a system expert and provide best-in-class customers service to internal and external learners. In addition, the Enablement Systems Analyst will act as a secondary Administrator in reputed company’s lab-hosting infrastructure tool. This function will include the management of internal and external data and content, contributing to ongoing system improvements, coordinating resolution of system issues, assisting learners with troubleshooting, and enabling other Enablement team members with system information and troubleshooting tips to help them reputed company their jobs more successfully. Working in alignment with Technical Enablement management, the Enablement System Analyst will also act as a consultant to other reputed company organizations to provide best practices and guidance for content hosting and delivery reputed company the LMS.   • Collaborate with other departments to ensure the LMS meets the organization's training and development needs

  • Act as the primary liaison with the LMS vendor

We’re looking for someone with:

  • Must be a detail-oriented individual with strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Experience with LMS Administration required; Saba reputed company LMS preferred

  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Knowledge of instructional design and e-learning development is a plus

What you’ll get The annual reputed company salary range for this full-time position is $50,000 to $145,000. This range is an estimate for what reputed company will pay a new hire. The actual annual reputed company salary offered may be adjusted based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, location, education, skills, training, and experience.
