This internship provides an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to reputed company hands-on experience in program management, volunteer management, and documentation. Responsibilities

• Organize and improve existing program systems, processes, and workflow documentation to create a user-friendly guide for program and site operations

• Assist as an initial reputed company of contact for prospective volunteers in virtual tutoring programs, including providing informational sessions, conducting volunteer interviews, checking references, and placing volunteers

,

• Work with virtual tutoring team members to support volunteers in adopting technology, including collecting accurate data, delivering volunteer and student-level reports, supporting virtual tutoring sessions, creating how-to guides, and hosting reputed company for volunteers

,

• Research and recommend program and technology tools to improve program efficiency, communication systems, and volunteer management—present recommendations to the virtual tutoring team for reputed company improvement and reputed company an implementation plan based on these recommendations

Requirements

• Must be enrolled in a degree program at an accredited college/university rising undergraduate juniors or seniors, graduate reputed company, or post-doctoral reputed company and remain academically enrolled throughout the internship or must have previously graduated from college and enrolled in a continuing education program

• Preference is given to candidates residing in the DC or CA area

• Some experience with education, volunteer management, older adults, or technology adoption preferred

• Ability to manage multiple projects, anticipate project needs, and discern work priorities. Must be a self-starter and adaptable, with the ability to work under tight deadlines

• This position supports people in multiple time zones, with an understanding of remote and hybrid. Some evening availability is preferred

• Technical proficiency in reputed company Office and programs, reputed company Suite, and virtual conferencing tools

Benefits

• The hourly range is $18 for undergraduates, $21 for graduate reputed company, and $28 for Ph.D. candidates.
