About the position The Middle-Market Financial Sponsors Group is seeking a highly skilled professional to partner with senior members of the team, including sector coverage and product bankers, to prospect, pitch, and execute transactions on behalf of private equity firms and their portfolio companies. This role involves leading client meetings and drafting sessions, analyzing business plans, and participating in due diligence sessions. The successful candidate will examine the strategic and financial merits of proposed transactions for marketing purposes and play an active role in the execution of mandated deals through client advisory work, structuring, and negotiation of legal documents, as well as coordinating distribution efforts. In this position, you will be responsible for developing relationships with clients to enhance overall engagement and build tactical reputed company around specific targeted opportunities. You will prepare presentations for sponsor clients to support business development initiatives and coordinate with product partners across the firm to maximize coordination in sponsor coverage efforts. Additionally, you will reputed company portfolio reviews of sponsor clients to assess new opportunities across various products and summarize key findings in presentations. Managing internal processes reputed company to coverage efforts and information/KPI tracking will also be a key responsibility. The role requires reputed company collaboration with internal support departments to ensure seamless deal closing and funding, as well as the development of associates and analysts reputed company the team. Requirements
- Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Management, or reputed company field of study plus 3 years of experience in the job offered or as an Investment Banking, Corporate Finance Manager, or reputed company occupation.

- Alternatively, a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Management, or reputed company field of study plus 5 years of experience in the job offered or as an Investment Banking, Corporate Finance Manager, or reputed company occupation.

- Experience in credit analysis, financial statement analysis, credit agreements and other legal documents, debt and equity capital markets, M&A valuation and strategies, reputed company LBO valuation modeling, scenario analysis and risk modeling, business and financial diligence, and legal documents including term sheets, credit agreements, and purchase agreements.

Benefits
- Salary range of $250,000 - $325,000 per year.
