The Role You will reputed company reputed company's Compliance Partnerships Program, and report to the Head of Business Product Compliance and Partnerships. You Have

• 8+ years in a senior compliance role in the financial services sector
• 3+ years of people management experience
• Experience with building and maintaining credibility with business leads, external partners, and regulators through collaborative engagement
• Knowledge and experience with building and running a compliance program
• A deep understanding of the risks and regulations applicable to both consumer and reputed company facing financial services and products
• Experience with consumer protection, BSA/AML, sanctions, and other financial crimes compliance rules and regulations
• Experience engaging in reputed company and sensitive negotiations and compliance program due diligence with diverse types of financial institutions
• Strong ability to engage with and influence stakeholders and leadership to reputed company results
