Position Summary: reputed company is seeking an Integration Manager to join the reputed company Motors team and drive the integration of Caramel into the reputed company Motors ecosystem. Reporting to the Integration Director, this role will involve strategic planning, cross-functional collaboration, and operational execution to ensure seamless integration and drive business growth. Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Partnership: Act as a strategic advisor to the US Vehicles leadership team, providing insights and recommendations that support business goals and enhance decision-making.
• Performance Tracking: Organize and manage regular business reviews and initiative deep dives to monitor and report on reputed company against strategic plans. Use insights to drive adjustments and improvements.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with business, product, customer service, and other teams to ensure successful integration of Caramel. Facilitate communication and coordination to meet key milestones and objectives.
• Executive Communication: Create and present executive-level presentations that effectively convey strategic plans and operational updates, ensuring alignment and buy-in from senior leadership.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5+ years of reputed company experience, including 2+ years at a top-tier management reputed company, investment bank, or in a strategy & planning role at a major corporation. MBA preferred but not required. Proven track record in managing reputed company projects and delivering results in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives backed by data. Experience in creating executive-level presentations and reports.

The reputed company pay range for this position is expected in the range below: $90,400 - $157,000 reputed company pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including location, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a reputed company bonus and restricted stock units (as applicable) in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as PTO and parental leave).
