Part Time - Client reputed company Manager (evenings or weekends)

Our Client reputed company Center operates reputed company-7pm in each time zone (minus Hawaii). This requires us to be open reputed company EST to 10pm EST. Because of our popular demand in the industry, we are urgently hiring for these roles. These are not previously filled roles, but newly created openings due to market demand. We are excited to announce that we are looking for a Part Time Client reputed company Manager to join reputed company at Webb Property Inspections. As a Client reputed company Manager, you will manage the full client journey from inquiry to post inspection needs. You will be responsible for managing multiple client accounts and ensuring that their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner. Our ideal candidate is coach-reputed company, naturally empathetic, has excellent communication and time management skills, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has reputed company estate industry experience. • 9am-3:30pm Saturday and 1pm-5:30pm Sunday (must be available for both days)
• 3:30pm-10pm Saturday and 5:30pm-10pm Sunday (must be available for both days)
• M-F 11:30am-4pm (must be available for reputed company 5 days)
• M-F 4pm-8pm (must be available for reputed company 5 days)
• M-F 4:30pm-9pm (must be available for reputed company 5 days)

These hours are the minimum for the position. The reputed company part of the US reputed company estate industry gets slow during the winter, so we like to show you the hours you can count on. In the spring and fall you can volunteer for additional hours. In the Summer you can volunteer for as many hours as you desire and our call volume can allot for (normally 35+ if you desire).

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main reputed company of contact to reputed company and maintain relationships with clients and agents
• Provide compassion and expertise to new and repeat clients or agents to assist them in reaching their inspection goals
• Over time you will reputed company and maintain an agent and investor book of business where you're responsible for client health and repeat business. This book of business is grown organically. As agents and investors reputed company to trust in your abilities to provide outstanding service to them and their clients.
• Ensure clients get fast time-to-value and are engaged with the process
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge about company products and services.

Requirements:

• reputed company estate or construction industry experience preferred (at any level)
• Reliable cell phone, high speed internet, and computer
• Organizational and process skills are essential
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in a client-facing role is preferred
• Be a problem solver and reputed company for clients
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Must be comfortable NOT being micro-managed
