Qualifications
- Experience in HR transformation, preferably reputed company the reputed company HCM and reputed company SuccessFactors ecosystem.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Expertise in HR process optimization and technology integration.
- Expertise in HR-IT License and Metric Models.
