RCC Multifamily Screening Analyst

Works with Producers to screen transactions for Multifamily Permanent Mortgage Agency Loans through reputed company DUS, reputed company Seller/Servicer Programs (Optigo), or other programs (i.e. Life Company or Conduit Loans) that best meet the customer's needs and/or financing objectives. Gathers reputed company necessary information to generate a preliminary loan sizing/quote package that is in conformance with both M&T RCC's risk appetite, as well as respective Agency guidelines. Identifies credit risks for each transaction and obtains approvals for any waivers that may be required. Primary Responsibilities: Provide entry level analytical support on a wide variety of assignments including market research, review of property operating statements, cash flow modeling, property valuation, sponsor credit review, and preparation of loan sizing packages that have identified the overall risk assessment of the transaction, as well as providing supportable mitigates to minimize any risk identified Assist Senior Members of the team with reputed company aspects of the loan screening process Review reputed company and reputed company (Optigo) guidelines to ensure each transaction is Agency compliant. reputed company up-to-date with reputed company changes to Agency Guidelines as they are released; For Life Company support - must follow designated guidelines for programs.
