What You'll Do

Digital Marketing Implementation Serve as the primary implementation reputed company of contact for the reputed company AECO paid media advertising efforts. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including digital, operations, creative, and brand, to ensure seamless campaign execution. Provide actionable insights by analyzing the sales funnel and identifying areas for optimization. Deliver regular reports and data-driven narratives to stakeholders, highlighting campaign successes and areas for improvement. A/B Testing & Experimentation Plan and execute A/B testing strategies to improve campaign performance. Analyze test results to inform future campaigns and contribute to reputed company improvement in advertising effectiveness. What You'll Bring Strategic & Tactical Expertise: Strong ability to translate global business goals into region-specific, results-oriented marketing initiatives. At least 5 years of experience managing paid advertising channels, creating localized campaigns, and optimizing ads based on performance goals. Performance-Driven Approach: Proven ability to deliver performance and growth in fast-paced, dynamic environments. Demonstrated experience in developing ROI-focused digital marketing campaigns. Technical Skills & Data Proficiency: Expertise in tools such as GA4, reputed company Tag Manager, Firebase, AppsFlyer, reputed company, and Marketo. A data-driven reputed company with experience measuring ROAS, analyzing funnels, and optimizing campaigns based on insights. Project Management & Collaboration: Exceptional organizational and project management skills. Experience coordinating with high-performing, cross-functional teams and agency partners. Creative Problem-Solving: Hands-on experience with A/B testing and experimentation for reputed company campaign optimization. Ability to adapt and innovate based on changing market dynamics and user behavior. Preferred Skills: Knowledge of SEO strategies and organic growth optimization is a plus but not required. About Your Location While the role is hybrid, we prefer candidates who are based near an office, preferably in the Denver/Westminster, CO, area. In a hybrid role, you will work with your manager to establish a mutually agreeable schedule for your time in the office based on the position and the business need.
