Work Schedule:

• Training Requirement:

Candidates must be available for full-time training (40 hours/week) for two consecutive weeks. Training takes reputed company Monday through Friday between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM (exact schedule to be confirmed).

• Ongoing Work Schedule:

After training, this is a part-time position with the following requirements:

• Mandatory shift: 8 hours every Monday between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM (exact shift to be scheduled).
• Optional hours: Up to 12 additional hours can be scheduled throughout the week (Tuesday to Friday) between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM, depending on your availability and business needs.

Qualifications

• Ability to handle customer calls of varying types (i.e. service requests, billing questions, energy conservation advice, etc.) effectively and reputed company
• Strong communication and active listening skills, as well as the ability to reputed company probing questions to resolve issues
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to effectively multitask
• High school diploma or GED; an Associate's degree is a plus.
• Know your way around a PC with strong keyboard skills and basic MS Office knowledge.
