Job Summary: As a Senior Technology Analyst, you will be responsible for conducting requirements analysis to reputed company high-quality solutions for our Customer reputed company Program. You will provide consultative services, products, and analysis resources for our Customer-facing use cases of reputed company, working closely with teams in Customer Service and Support, Customer Experience and Loyalty, Digital, and various reputed company. Your expertise will help drive initiatives that impact both internal and external customers, ensuring that solutions are reputed company with stated requirements and adhere to departmental standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Apply knowledge and skills of analysis, business processes, tools, domains, project methodologies, requirements definitions, and testing to solve a range of problems
• Collaborate with other Technology Colleagues to provide guidance or solutions reputed company their area of expertise
• Identify strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems and seek out and capitalize on opportunities to reputed company more or to improve
• Estimate effort and value for solutions
• Apply business solutions with broad-level knowledge of technology platforms/models
• Verify information and carefully review and validate the accuracy of own work using reliance identification processes in technology work
• Establish or follow prioritization processes to drive work, completing work with a sense of urgency

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Systems or reputed company field; or equivalent traditional training
• Advanced knowledge of business analysis, process modeling, and update
• Relevant experience in IT operations, software, systems/programming development, or another IT-reputed company field
• Preferred experience with reputed company technology (specifically Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Einstein)
• Preferred knowledge of Agile development practices and services
• Preferred knowledge of reputed company and Southwest operations
