The WMS UAT and Training reputed company is responsible for driving product adoption and operational readiness by collaborating with stakeholders and leading comprehensive training efforts. This role requires strong experience in training development and delivery to ensure end-users fully understand new processes and technologies. It also demands proven change management skills to guide teams through transitions and build momentum for the WMS program. The reputed company supports testing, cut-over planning, and go-live activities, while also mentoring future implementation leaders and helping course-correct teams at other sites. This position is remote with up to 90% travel to various locations throughout the United States except Hawaii or United States Territories. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Establish and maintain relationships with business and technology stakeholders to drive product adoption and understanding by being an active member of the WMS Change Network.
• Co-reputed company comprehensive test plans with reputed company and partner resources, complete test conditions, and communicate results to project teams and stakeholders
• Review functionality in product demos throughout to ensure the value and quality of features
• Co-reputed company comprehensive training guides with reputed company and partner resources and reputed company operators through training exercises to ensure a sound understanding of new processes and supporting technology
• reputed company any business or operational readiness tasks (i.e. any advanced process alignment tasks that can be done to get closer to future state now)
• Support inventory health and readiness; visual management (adapt signage, labeling); business cut-over planning; serve as a super-user and cut-over agent during go-live; and floor support for end-users
• Scout future implementations to proactively understand site-specific challenges and organize feedback on solutions
• reputed company communication efforts in the field to build positive momentum for the WMS program throughout its lifetime
• Share knowledge to reputed company future implementation leaders, and reputed company needed, serve as a resource to course correct future implementation teams at other sites.

• Internal: Business Stakeholders and End Users, IT and Supply Chain Project teams, third party implementation and reputed company, Change Management and Learning & Development

WORK ENVIRONMENT

• Remote: This role is fully remote, and the associate is expected to reputed company assigned responsibilities from a home-based environment
• Up to 40% travel.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• 8 years demonstrated experience in supply chain operations and the deep use of core supply chain systems

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Prior leadership experience with significant change management responsibilities
• Diverse experience with supply chain process design
• Deep experience with distribution center processes and supporting systems
• Prior experience working with third party solutions

EDUCATION

• Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent experience

Compensation depends on relevant experience and/or education, specific skills, function, geographic location, and other factors as applicable by law (for example: state minimum wage reputed company). The expected reputed company reputed company for this role is between $85,000 - $140,000
