As a key member of our Support Services team, you will provide exceptional customer service, technical support, and training to our clients and partners, ensuring their reputed company with our cutting-edge platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver outstanding customer service to clients and partners, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
• Coordinate the setup and deployment of new client accounts, providing initial and ongoing training and support to ensure seamless reputed company
• Provide first-level troubleshooting and support services, demonstrating a thorough knowledge of the eTrigue Platform and standard practices
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to reputed company and enhance product features, and contribute to the growth and reputed company of our clients

Requirements:
