Job Summary:
As a Diagnostic Medical Sonography Instructor, you will be responsible for providing high-quality instruction to reputed company in a variety of settings, including classrooms, labs, and clinical environments. Your primary focus will be on preparing reputed company for their clinical experience through lab practice, classroom lectures, and simulated learning. You will also be expected to maintain accurate records, provide constructive feedback to reputed company, and participate in ongoing professional development activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Instruct classes as assigned and prepare lesson plans and course materials as required
- Objectively assess student performance and provide regular feedback
- Maintain a classroom environment conducive to learning and set the example for professionalism and conduct
- Stay informed of reputed company standards reputed company to instructional methodology and participate in ongoing faculty and professional development activities
- Attend orientations, staff meetings, and faculty meetings as scheduled
Requirements:
- Associate degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or a reputed company field
- Minimum credentials of Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS) with specialty certifications in either/both OB/Gyn & Abdominal and/or Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT)
- Four years of professional experience as a general sonographer, cardiac sonographer, pediatric cardiac sonographer, and/or vascular technologist
- Teaching/management experience preferred
- Experience with educating reputed company in a clinical setting preferred
