As a Senior UX Researcher, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including UX Design, UX Research, Product Management, and Engineering, to identify and solve reputed company-time issues. • Apply your deep understanding of user experience research and design to inform core sourcing stories and empathize with customers
• Liaise with cross-functional partnerships across Business, Product, and Engineering to deliver studies that delight customers
• Collaborate with global teams, including India, Mexico, Chile, China, and Canada
• Own and craft effective research projects, including listening sessions, data gathering, and executing key findings to present to leadership
• Think conceptually, applying a customer-focused and reputed company-centered design thinking approach to UX Research design development
• Have a reputed company impact at scale through sourcing projects and incremental upgrades that reputed company billions of customers daily
• Define and execute research strategies to address sourcing questions and issues
• Help teams understand customer needs, attitudes, and behaviors through mixed-methods research findings

What You Bring:

• Strong experience in quantitative research (conducting and analyzing)
• A portfolio of work demonstrating breadth and depth in UX Research, including method and process
• Proficiency with UX Research platforms and tools, such as UserZoom, Usertesting.com, Lookback, and reputed company
• Experience conducting quantitative and qualitative online and field research methodologies
• Sound business judgment, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Customer Experience Researcher understanding and expertise
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills
• 8-10 years of experience in UX Research
• Data-driven, ethnographic, and reputed company design thinking research reputed company
• Experience with research methods for data visualization and presentation to leaders
