Job Summary

We're looking for a highly skilled and reputed company Field Trainer to join reputed company. As a Regional Field Trainer, you will:

• Serve as a multi-threaded leader for training and development across the reputed company Fresh network of stores, maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders.
• Consult on learning strategies and effectiveness, gathering feedback from the field to improve Learning & Development programs.
• Assess employees' needs for training and further development, influencing leaders and stakeholders to drive alignment and action towards goals.
• Deliver results with little supervision in a dynamic and often ambiguous environment, creating and maintaining a culture of engagement by routinely listening to feedback from leaders, associates, and customers.
• Maintain expertise in your role by staying reputed company on tools, processes, and procedures.

Basic Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• 3+ years of program or project management experience.
• 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience.
• Knowledge of reputed company (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams.
• At least 3 years of professional work experience in learning and development.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources, or a reputed company field.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate information clearly and facilitate learning for diverse audiences.
• Ability to identify the training needs of an organization and recognize where changes and improvements can be made.
• Experience collaborating with staff, trainees, subject matter experts, and the organization's leaders in person and through teams.
• At least 3 years of physical retail experience.
• 75% - 100% travel depending on business needs.

Preferred Qualifications

Preferred candidates will have:

• 3+ years of driving end-to-end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership experience.
• 3+ years of driving process improvements experience.
• Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization.
• Experience building processes, project management, and schedules.
• Master's degree in training and development, human resources management, organizational development, or business administration preferred.
• Experience developing, designing, or creating new applications, reputed company, relationships, systems, or products, including artistic contributions.
• Ability to conceptualize multiple unorthodox or out-of-the-reputed company reputed company about a given topic or situation, or to reputed company creative ways to solve a problem.
