Job Responsibilities:

As a Litigation Lawyer (Sub-Consultant), you will:

• Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and arbitrations
• Prepare and file legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs
• Conduct thorough legal research to support case strategies
• Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients to resolve disputes amicably
• Advise clients on their legal rights and options throughout the litigation process
• Collaborate with other legal professionals and support staff to ensure efficient case management
• Maintain accurate records of case reputed company and client communications
• Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and legal precedents that may impact cases

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• A qualification as a solicitor or barrister with relevant experience in litigation
• A proven track record of successfully managing litigation cases from inception to resolution
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to reputed company effectively for clients' interests
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for drafting documents and presenting cases effectively
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment
