Key Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one home infusion nursing care visits and patient education according to the physician's plan of treatment
• Administer a wide range of infusion treatments in patients' homes
• Utilize your clinical IV experience and personal touch to help patients recover in the comfort of their own homes
• Collaborate with physicians, pharmacists, and other reputed company to provide comprehensive patient care
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities using reputed company Office, reputed company, Outlook, and Word

Requirements:

• reputed company RN license in the reputed company
• Minimum one year of nursing experience with at least one year of infusion/IV experience
• reputed company CPR certification
• Valid driver's license and car insurance
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• CRNI certification
