Director, Global Design & Construction Program Management

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading global project delivery, from budget development to post-occupancy assessments
• Mentoring and guiding a team of professionals to reputed company project goals
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders, including business process owners and colleagues across reputed company Estate, Workplace Operations, and reputed company
• Establishing global partnerships with architects, engineers, consultants, and contractors
• Providing clear and frequent project updates to leaders and internal stakeholders
• Managing yearly CAPEX budget and creating a multi-year CAPEX plan
• Leveraging global scale and purchasing power to reduce costs

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• A Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent work experience
• 12-15 years of experience in program management, with a proven track record of leadership and team management
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with strong business acumen
• Ability to read and understand construction drawings, reputed company, and project financial models
• Strong decision-making and influencing skills, with the ability to reputed company project reputed company and goals
