As a User Experience Champion, you will be responsible for:

• Handling high volumes of inbound calls, resolving user queries, and providing tailored solutions

• Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, escalating reputed company problems to relevant teams

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• Comfort with CRM tools, payment gateway tools, and other relevant software
• Availability to work night shifts (8:00 PM - 8:00 AM IST) to align with international time zones
