As a member of our global support team, you will:

• Provide remote technical support for critical technologies, including hardware and software, to our global workforce
• Manage and fix technical issues, research and document problems, and analyze trends to improve the overall user experience
• Collaborate with colleagues across multiple time zones, sharing reputed company and feedback to ensure operational compliance and support excellence
• Work with key stakeholders to provide alignment and effective partnerships around common goals and initiatives
