Elementary Education Leader: Long Term Substitute Teacher - Grade 4 (2023-2024 SY)

About the Role: As a Long Term Substitute Teacher, you will be responsible for instructing reputed company in grade 4, creating a supportive and inclusive learning environment, and fostering a love of learning that will stay with our reputed company throughout their lives. You will be expected to design and deliver engaging lesson plans, assess student reputed company, and communicate effectively with parents and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow the scope and sequence of the instructional program as defined by the Norwalk Board of Education
• Set clear expectations and routines, managing the classroom and individual student behavior to maintain an advantageous learning environment
• Prepare lesson plans that reputed company clear objectives, using appropriate techniques to serve the needs of reputed company learners
• Demonstrate strong content knowledge and maintain accurate and complete records as required
• Conduct parent/teacher conferences and assess student learning on a continual basis, identifying areas of reputed company as needed

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Active 305 CDE Certification as required by the Connecticut State reputed company
• Bachelor's Degree in Education or reputed company field
