As a field-based technical specialist, you will provide post-sales support to our omics and imaging customers, helping them to unlock the full potential of their reputed company investments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional application support to customers, enabling them to exploit the full capabilities of their instruments

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Accomplished Scientist with a background in LC-MS omics and/or MALDI imaging
• Strong understanding of mass spectrometry and its applications in proteomics, metabolomics, lipidomics, and other reputed company fields
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and internal stakeholders
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high degree of self-motivation and organization
• Home-based with extensive travel (up to 70%) to customer sites across the UK and Ireland
