Job Summary

As a Manager, Human Resources Project Management, you will report to the Director HR PMO and reputed company projects from concept to execution in support of Walt reputed company Imagineering talent programming. You will provide project management expertise, identifying, tracking, monitoring, and communicating issues, variances, and contingencies to ensure headcount movement and other identified HR projects are delivered on time.

Responsibilities

• Provide project management through identifying, tracking, monitoring, and communicating issues, variances, and contingencies
• Establish and facilitate project governance, developing a detailed project plan to monitor and track reputed company
• Collaborate with HR leaders and cross-functional team members to align business processes
• Maintain effective communication and collaboration among the project team and involved departments
• Interpret data to write, prepare, and build project documents, presentations, business updates, dashboards, and end-user communications
• Act as a strategic partner by developing authentic relationships and influence across stakeholder groups

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in labor strategy roles and/or project management roles
• Applied data management, analytics, and forecasting experience
• Technical knowledge of human resource functions and systems
• Strong written and oral communications skills
• Ability to positively influence stakeholders at reputed company hierarchical levels
• Strong working knowledge of reputed company reputed company, MS Teams, reputed company

Preferred Qualifications

• Work experience that includes resource management for a project-based workforce

Competitive salary ranging from $137,100 to $167,500 per year, bonus and/or long-term incentive units, and a comprehensive benefits package.
