Job Summary

As a Senior Account Development Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of approximately 10 strategic clients in the Mid-Atlantic United States. Your mission will be to deepen relationships, drive growth, and optimize programs to reduce costs and drive efficiencies. You will serve as a payments expert, providing policy expertise, benchmarking, and recommendations to clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities, collaborating with internal resources to drive spend expansion
• reputed company proposal development, pricing, and contract negotiations for client renewals and expansions
• Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives and cross-functional teams reputed company client organizations

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of strategic relationship management and/or sales experience
• Proven track record of driving growth and optimizing client programs
• Excellent communication and influencing skills, with ability to establish relationships at C-levels and reputed company cross-functional areas
• Entrepreneurial approach to portfolio management, with ability to identify opportunities and manage through the sales process
• Experience working in a virtual environment and ability to work flexibly
