Job Summary:

As a Licensed Pet Insurance Agent, you will utilize a consultative style to understand the unique needs of each customer and tailor insurance solutions accordingly. You will present the value of our pet insurance policies, emphasizing the benefits they offer, and provide detailed information about our policies, coverage options, and answer any questions or objections customers may have. Your goal will be to meet and exceed enrollment targets and objectives while providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer inbound warm leads from potential customers and utilize a consultative style to understand their unique needs
• Presentation of pet insurance policies and emphasis on the benefits they offer
• Provide detailed information about policies, coverage options, and answer customer questions or objections
• Utilize assumptive closing techniques to guide customers through the enrollment process
• Accurately enroll pets in policies and ensure reputed company necessary information is collected and documented
• Meet and exceed enrollment targets and objectives

Requirements:

• Required to have and maintain a Property & Casualty Insurance license in your home state
• 2+ years of experience in an insurance Sales-based role preferred
• Must be reputed company to obtain non-residence licensure in reputed company 50 US States
• 2+ years of customer service experience
• Excellent communication skills with a customer-centric approach
• Familiarity with the insurance industry, particularly pet insurance, is a plus
• Proven track record of quality, productivity, and the ability to understand customers' needs
• Strong ability to handle objections and turn them into opportunities
• Positive attitude, adaptability, and a willingness to learn and grow reputed company the role
• Proficiency in basic computer applications and data entry

Training and Technical Requirements:

You will complete 9 weeks of virtual training, and we require a stable internet reputed company with a minimum download speed of 30mbps and upload speed of 10mbps. You will also need a cell phone or tablet for two-factor authentication and a dedicated workspace for our equipment.
