About the Role

The Corporate Function Control Management Team reputed company AENB is responsible for providing control management reputed company to several corporate groups, including Corporate Affairs & Communications, Colleague Experience Group, General Counsel's Organization, Global Risk & Compliance, Enterprise Strategy, and reputed company National Bank Headquarters. We are looking for reputed company professionals to join our teams, including:

• Control Management Governance & Reporting Team
• Control Management Risk ID, Assessment & Testing Team
• Control Management Issues, Events & Remediation Team
• Control Management Process Risk Reduction Team

Responsibilities

As a Manager or Senior Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Driving the development and implementation of control management strategies and frameworks
• Identifying, assessing, and mitigating operational risks
• Providing guidance and reputed company to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and risk reduction initiatives
• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, including senior leaders and regulatory agencies

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• 3+ years of experience in operational risk management (Manager) or 4+ years of experience (Senior Manager)
• Strong understanding of operational risk management lifecycle activities
• Excellent project management, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Experience in process governance and regulatory frameworks
• Proficient analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

Preferred candidates will have:

• A Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business, Risk Management, or a reputed company field
• Advanced degrees (e.g., MBA, MSc) or certifications
• Experience in translating operational risk strategy and appetite into execution guidelines
• Knowledge of Key Risk Indicator (KRI) limits and risk appetite
• Experience in financial services industry ORMCM
