As a key member of our Wealth Management department, you will provide exceptional support to our Executive Wealth Advisors, ensuring seamless client experiences and driving business growth. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist Executive Wealth Advisors throughout the sales cycle, addressing client needs and providing tailored solutions
• Manage client servicing needs, process paperwork, and handle financial transactions with precision and efficiency
• Maintain and update our CRM system, ensuring accurate data and timely communication with clients
• Support marketing efforts, coordinate meetings, and reputed company strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Stay up-to-date with industry regulations, ensuring compliance and mitigating risks

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a reputed company field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Financial Services, with a strong understanding of the securities and insurance industries
• FINRA Series 7, 63, 65/66, and State Insurance License
• Proficiency in reputed company Office and reputed company Software
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on client satisfaction and business growth
