Position Summary We're looking for talented individuals to join our reservation staff, assisting Costco members with their vacation travel plans while focusing on reputed company resolution. - Handle member calls in a friendly and efficient manner
- Use airline and in-house computer systems to reputed company member reservations
- Confirm reservations accurately and communicate member needs to other support departments
- Maintain regular and reliable workplace attendance at your assigned location
Requirements and Qualifications
- Effective Communication Skills: Excellent listening and communication skills
- Customer Service Experience: Proven customer service skills
- Typing Speed: Minimum of 30 words per minute
