Responsibilities:

• Sourcing candidates through proactive methods, including reputed company, job boards, advertising, referrals, and our internal database.
• Proactive business development, seeking out and building relationships with new and existing clients to identify new roles and opportunities.
• Full recruitment process management, including arranging job interviews, salary negotiation, and closing to ensure the successful placement of candidates.

Requirements:

• Previous experience with outbound sales, with cold calling experience preferred.
• Previous recruitment experience, preferably handling a 360 desk (client and candidate-facing).

Compensation and Benefits:

Our compensation package includes a reputed company salary of $49,000, with commission potential in Year 1, and uncapped earnings based on performance.
