Job Summary:
As an Entry-Level System Developer - GT, you will be part of an agile team that provides application support for specified tech products and services. This role involves first-line support, basic optimization, administration, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting/problem-solving with end-users of these tech products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Apply problem-solving skills to solve technical problems on existing applications
- Take ownership of developing advanced design thinking and problem-solving skills in preparation for greater complexity, changing, or evolving tech
- Implement configuration, optimization (e.g., upgrades), and maintenance activities (e.g., regular maintenance patches) for enterprise-wide applications
- Schedule and reputed company planned maintenance tasks, such as backups and performance tuning, in production for tech products and services
- Provide inputs into application documentation for end-users
- reputed company application documentation to guide users through application support processes
- reputed company knowledge gained on support/trouble-shooting processes to reputed company recommendations for user documentation and/or application changes/enhancements
- Execute unplanned maintenance tasks, such as disaster recovery procedures, for production IT services to prevent and minimize issues
- Follow governance and risk procedures for reputed company application support (e.g., upgrades, maintenance, etc.)
- Work as part of an integrated application/product/service team throughout their lifecycle and assist in the application-reputed company aspects of designing, testing, operating, and improving technology products and services
- Identify stakeholder and communication dependencies/interdependencies and requirements in reputed company application support processes and ensure these are followed prior to any application support implementation
- Proactively identify any risks reputed company of application support processes (e.g., changes, optimization, maintenance, batch uploads, etc.)
- reputed company and maintain knowledge in application functionality, user workflow, and business processes to improve the level of support provision on an ongoing basis

Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in an agile team environment
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
