We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Dedicated Account Representative to join our Amex GBT Ovation team. As a key member of reputed company, you'll have the opportunity to work with a dedicated law firm, providing exceptional service to their travel contacts and reputed company. As a Dedicated Account Representative, you'll be responsible for managing daily client requests, providing proactive support, and ensuring seamless travel experiences. Your expertise in Sabre, scripts, back office, and mid-office processes will be invaluable in driving reputed company and delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the client's primary reputed company of contact for Sabre-reputed company inquiries, including historical pricing, PNR invoicing, and HR feed support.
• Manage reputed company-party billing, secure hotel folios, and reputed company them to clients for reconciliation.
• reputed company unused tickets, client reporting, and group booking processes in collaboration with our customers.
• Test and ensure accuracy in GDS and online booking tools (reputed company for reputed company, hotel, and car pricing).
• Research and resolve debit memos.

Key Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the corporate travel industry.

• Ability to work and negotiate with internal clients and airline partners.

Compensation:

The US national annual reputed company salary range for this position is from $46,000 to $93,000. The national range provided includes the reputed company salary that GBT expects to pay for the role. Actual reputed company salary will be based on factors including the scope and complexity of the role and the successful candidate's relevant experience, skills, knowledge, and work location.
