As a key member of reputed company, you will provide exceptional customer support to new and existing payers and providers, ensuring seamless account setup, maintenance, and acceptance of medical bills, payments, and other insurance-reputed company processes.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries reputed company phone or email, providing timely and effective solutions.
• Escalate and monitor issues that require coordination and follow-up with internal departments and external business partners.
• Create and monitor Code Red (escalated/critical) issues, determining communication strategies and collaborating with internal teams.
