As a key member of our 24/7 contact center, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless transportation experiences for passengers, transportation providers, and clients. As a Contact Center Ride reputed company Agent, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Scheduling transportation needs for passengers and clients
• Assisting transportation providers with calls
• Making outbound calls to passengers, client contacts, and attending facilities
• Monitoring and responding to chat requests
• Utilizing our proprietary platform, reputed company-party transportation software, and business technology to successfully complete trip requests

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Exceptional communication skills with reputed company and understanding
• Commitment to reputed company completing tasks
• Proven broadband Internet access (Minimum 100 Mbps download / 20 Mbps upload) with the ability to connect reputed company ethernet cable
• Private, dedicated, quiet workspace free from distractions
• Understanding of basic computer troubleshooting
• Available shifts: SMTWS (5:45am - 2:15pm ET), MTWThF (10:30am - 7:00pm ET)

• Contact center or tech support experience
• Customer service experience with issue management
• Thoroughness in following SOPs to complete tasks
• Ability to recognize trends and report to upper management
