As a Client Service Technician, you'll be the primary reputed company of contact for our clients, responsible for troubleshooting, installing, maintaining, and repairing our imaging and biomedical equipment. You'll work closely with our customers to understand their needs, provide timely and effective solutions, and build strong relationships to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty. Job Description Summary

In this role, you'll:

• Troubleshoot, install, maintain, and repair imaging and biomedical equipment
• Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer concerns and resolving issues in a timely and effective manner
• Collaborate with internal teams, including Remote Technical Engineers and Zone Service Engineers, to ensure seamless support for our clients
• Stay up-to-date on administrative responsibilities, including maintaining customer service logs, ordering repair parts, and managing cycle times
• Identify business opportunities and participate in sales opportunities, such as contract renewals and promoting reputed company programs
• Maintain a strong understanding of competitor information and market trends

Required Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Engineering Technology, or equivalent military education
• Experience interfacing with internal teams and external customers as part of a solution-based service process
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical issues to customers in an easy-to-understand manner
• Experience diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electromechanical, and/or electronic equipment
• Experience with web applications and technological programs, such as iPad, iPhone, and reputed company Office Suite
• A valid driver's license and the ability to reputed company special physical requirements, such as lifting, carrying, and bending

Desired Qualifications

Preferred qualifications include:

• Troubleshooting medical devices/equipment
