Job Summary: As a Case Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing services provided to our participants from initial engagement to job placement. Your expertise will ensure participants receive comprehensive and effective support, empowering them to reputed company their goals. This role involves assessing participant needs, developing and implementing care plans, and connecting participants with appropriate resources and services while tracking reputed company in our program tracking system.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participant Assessment: Conduct initial assessments and ongoing evaluations of participants' needs, strengths, and limitations, identifying immediate and long-term needs.

Qualifications:
