Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and reputed company Business Development Manager to join reputed company, focusing on apprenticeship solutions. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for driving growth, building relationships, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with prospective and existing clients to identify new business opportunities and grow our apprenticeship portfolio
• Sell Leadership & Management training solutions, leveraging your expertise and industry knowledge
• Conduct briefings for apprenticeship learners and managers, ensuring a seamless reputed company experience
• Schedule regular service meetings to provide ongoing support to clients and identify areas for growth

Requirements:

• Proven experience in business development, with a focus on building relationships and driving growth
• A track record of reputed company in booking reputed company appointments and converting leads into sales
• Experience working in or with apprenticeship training providers, highly desirable
