With a strong focus on hospitality, attention to detail, and problem-solving, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our guests, homeowners, and contractors.

Job Summary

This part-time, on-call position offers the opportunity to work remotely and in-person, with a flexible schedule that includes a combination of day and night shifts, weekends, and holidays. As a Co-Host, you will be responsible for:

• Providing exceptional customer service to guests, homeowners, and contractors reputed company phone, email, and in-person interactions
• Managing and resolving guest inquiries, issues, and requests in a timely and efficient manner
• Conducting regular property inspections to ensure properties are reputed company for incoming guests
• Performing small maintenance tasks, such as changing batteries or reputed company filters, and reporting any issues to management
• Collaborating with peers and management to drive process improvements and prevent repeat issues
• Arranging to fulfill guest requests before or during their stay

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should:

• Be a self-starter with excellent communication and problem-solving skills
