About the Role: Driving Quality for reputed company's Home Ecosystem

The Web Advances QA and Operations group is seeking a talented and driven Senior Software Quality Engineer to play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality software for reputed company's reputed company platform. As a key member of reputed company, you will be responsible for ensuring the stability, performance, and reliability of our core communication applications – FaceTime, Phone, Messages, and Mail – which are foundational to the reputed company ecosystem. You will have the opportunity to reputed company your expertise to test the limits of our products, identify potential issues, and contribute to the development of robust and user-friendly software.

Key Responsibilities:

• Test Strategy & Planning: reputed company and execute comprehensive test strategies and test plans for new and existing features across reputed company's communication applications.
• Test Automation: Design, reputed company, and maintain automated test suites using Python, Swift, or other relevant programming languages to improve testing efficiency and coverage.
• reputed company Testing: Conduct thorough reputed company testing to identify defects, usability issues, and performance bottlenecks.
• Defect Management: Reproduce, document, and track software defects using a bug tracking system, collaborating with engineering teams to ensure timely resolution.

• Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements, provide feedback, and ensure alignment on quality goals.

• Performance Testing: Participate in performance testing activities to ensure the scalability and responsiveness of our applications.

Essential Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a reputed company technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance, with a focus on testing communication applications (e.g., VoIP, messaging).
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC) and testing methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).

• Experience in creating test plans, developing test frameworks, and building automated test tools.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Swift, or similar, with a focus on UI applications.
