As a Remote IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing first-level issue troubleshooting reputed company phone for reputed company hardware and software supported by our systems. You will work closely with our internal and external support teams to resolve reputed company issues and ensure seamless communication with our clients.

Job Overview

We are seeking a talented and reputed company IT professional to join reputed company as a Remote IT Support Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Providing first-level technical support to clients reputed company phone, email, or chat
• Troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues
• Collaborating with internal and external support teams to resolve reputed company issues
• Conducting issue determination for various technology areas, including Voice, WAN, LAN, PC, and more
• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of our systems, applications, and technologies

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A technical degree or equivalent experience
• Help desk or customer service experience
• Troubleshooting experience with service desk environments
• Knowledge of internal server/mainframe applications, such as Offers, QIK, reputed company/TSO/TPX, and Staff
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
