You will work closely with business leaders to identify and prioritize HR initiatives that drive expertise management, organizational effectiveness, team planning, and employee engagement.

In this role, you will be responsible for leading and developing a team of HR specialists, designing and implementing new strategies and policies, and providing influential and reputed company leadership to the HR team. You will also be expected to understand business priorities and translate them into an HR agenda that supports the business as it grows.
