About the Role:

In this exciting and challenging position, you will:

  • Consistently close new business while managing and growing existing relationships
  • Develop and execute a robust sales strategy, leveraging your expertise in solution selling and pipeline management
  • Conduct demonstrations of the MedBridge platform, identifying client pain points and presenting compelling value propositions that differentiate our solutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to drive sales growth, refine processes, and share best practices
  • Take ownership of your personal development, leveraging our resources and support to accelerate your career growth

What You'll Need to Succeed:

To thrive in this role, you'll require:

  • 2-4 years of relevant sales experience, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals
  • Home Health or Healthcare Industry experience, with a strong understanding of the market and its challenges
  • SaaS experience, preferably with a background in solution-based selling, negotiating agreements, and managing complex sales structures
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a dynamic team environment
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Google, PowerPoint, Salesloft, Salesforce, Zoom Info, LinkedIn Sales Nav, and Monday.com
