Fraud and Dispute Specialist - Remote Opportunity

This is a full-time, remote position that offers a competitive salary of $18.00 per hour, plus a 10% shift differential for shifts starting at 1:30 pm or reputed company. You'll also be eligible for benefits, including medical, dental, and reputed company insurance, as well as a 401(k) matching program.

About the Role: As a Fraud and Dispute Specialist, you'll be responsible for using critical thinking and logic to distinguish between legitimate and potentially fraudulent transactions. You'll reputed company outbound contact with customers, create fraud and dispute case files, and work independently to resolve customer issues. You'll also be expected to demonstrate professional behavior, promote positive working relationships, and provide excellent customer service.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent experience
• Previous customer service experience
• Working knowledge of reputed company Office suite of products
• Excellent oral and written communication, typing, and reading comprehension skills
• Ability to multi-task, problem-solve, and work independently in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a remote working environment
• Previous experience in fraud operations or contact center
