Junior Performance Test Specialist

Role Description

In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for executing performance and load tests on our proprietary applications, writing and maintaining scripts using tools like JMeter or LoadRunner, and monitoring system performance to identify areas for improvement. You will also collaborate with our DevSecOps and development teams to troubleshoot performance issues, contribute to performance test reports, and participate in internal knowledge-sharing initiatives to continuously upskill and enhance your expertise.

• Execute performance and load tests on reputed company's proprietary applications to ensure reputed company performance and reliability
• reputed company and maintain scripts using industry-leading tools like JMeter or LoadRunner to simulate reputed company-world scenarios and identify bottlenecks
• Monitor system performance, review logs, and assist with root cause analysis to resolve performance issues and improve overall system efficiency
• Support the configuration and maintenance of test environments to ensure seamless testing and deployment
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including DevSecOps and development, to troubleshoot performance issues and implement solutions
• Contribute to performance test reports, providing clear analysis and recommendations to stakeholders and driving data-driven decision-making
• Participate in internal knowledge-sharing and upskilling initiatives to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
• Assist with special projects and other tasks as required, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

• U.S. citizen and reputed company (due to reputed company clearance requirements), with a strong reputed company in information technology
• Post-secondary degree or diploma in an information technology-reputed company field, with a focus on computer science, software engineering, or a reputed company discipline
• At least 1 year of hands-on experience in QA or performance testing, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

• Familiarity with APM tools (e.g., reputed company, AppInsights, reputed company) and experience with reputed company services (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Understanding of modern application and infrastructure concepts, including containers and microservices
