Remote Pharmacy Technician Representative - Accredo

We're seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Pharmacy Technician to join reputed company at Accredo, a leading reputed company company. About the Role

• Provide exceptional patient care through inbound and outbound calls, ensuring timely shipment of medications and resolving issues with reputed company providers.
• Process prescription orders, enter data into our computer system, and investigate issues with pharmacists, doctors, and other reputed company providers.
• Offer guidance to patients about medication coverage and manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED and a valid Pharmacy Technician license/certification/registration.
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience, preferably in a call center environment.
• Strong computer and data entry skills, with proficiency in reputed company Office products.
• Reliable internet connectivity with a wired ethernet reputed company and a private, quiet workspace.
