Job Description

  • Developing and refining the CSNP product and growth strategy to achieve business objectives
  • Serving as the CSNP champion and organizational subject matter expert for products and programs designed for individuals with chronic conditions
  • Partnering with product, market, and sales associations to analyze competitive products and fit within the overall portfolio
  • Ensuring alignment and coordination of all Aetna capabilities working at the enterprise, HCB, segment, and market levels in support of the CSNP strategy
  • Championing CSNP needs with regulatory policy teams to understand the landscape of government initiatives in key markets and support advocacy for enterprise policy

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in Medicaid and/or Medicare operations, management, or administrative leadership
  • Proven leadership experience setting strategic direction and influencing change that resulted in measurable positive outcomes
  • Demonstrated relationship management skills at the senior level; ability to build and maintain credible relationships at multiple levels of the organization simultaneously
  • Experience with enterprise-wide or cross-functional large-scale initiatives with a high level of complexity
